Angie strongly believes that you’re never too old to do anything you want to do! She feels that being fit and healthy should be a part of everyday life, so that if things don’t go to plan then you’re able to power through!
Having been in the fitness industry for 20 years, she currently teaches a variety of classes in the local area, including Bike Fit classes here at the Fitness Function.
