The Barre fusion programme is a combination of the traditional ballet barre exercises, used to warm up the muscles, and increase strength and flexibility, added to a standing workout, designed to elevate your heart rate as it tones the upper body, buttocks, legs and core. The combination will help to scuplt a well-toned body that is long, stong and lean! No previous ballet knowledge is required. Suitable for all fitness levels.
This class is designed to take you on your next journey on the bike!  To increase your stamina, burn calories and take your fitness level up to the next gear!
This nightclub inspired class will have all those favourite club anthem's to cycle along to! Designed to make you burn calories and enjoy the ride to all those nightclub favourites.
This is a total body workout using the Bosu, Freeform, kettlebells and body weight to shape and tone the body from top to toe. Burn calories whilst strengthening and defining those muscles. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

This 45 minute total body workout is a circuit style class on the Total Gym. It is a high energy, calorie burning class that is fun, fast and furious. If you want to burn calories then this is the class for you!
H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) is a specialised form of interval training that involves short bursts of maximum effort and intensity exercises. It's a high energy, fast paced, fun class that produces great results in less time. Lots of calories are burned, both during the sessions and afterwards.

Want to feel more relaxed, whilst stretching your muscles, improving your balance and joint mobility? Then Hatha Yoga is for you. This wonderful traditional spiritual practice helps us to reduce stress, encourages mindfulness, and increases flexibility and strength.
All classes are gentle, suitable for beginners, and ideal for those that want to reconnect with their body. We will practice Asanas (the movements / postures) Pranayama (Yogic breathing) Meditation. We will cover some of the philosophy, Mantras (chants) and Mudras (energetic hand movements).
There have been minor changes to the Pilates method as science advances into the understanding of the human body. Despite these adaptations the brilliance and the simplicity of the system remains intact and available to everyone. Key benefits of Pilates are increased flexibility, core strength, improved posture, increased mobility, decreased back pain, improved circulation throughout the body and increased bone density. This class will also use small pieces of equipment to make this a 21st century workout 
This 45 minute fat burning, toning workout on the Total Gym is a total body workout. It has simple, easy to follow sculpting exercises. Get your bodies in shape for the beach!

This is a 45 minute, high-energy sculpting class using both bodyweight and equipment. It is a mix of simple cardio moves and easy to follow sculpting exercises.
Run and Core Club a running club with a difference, outdoors in the beautiful Penn Woods. Followed by a core session.
A class created for Fascia fitness for the body. Combining Pilates core moves and applying Myofascia principles to help alleviate chronic pain conditions and restructure the body. Enhancing movement, undoing the muscular restrictions, enabling the body to feel free to cope with the functional world. This class is suitable for every level of fitness and activity level.
A dynamic form of hatha yoga which moves from posture to posture. Vinyasa-style yoga combines a series of flowing postures linked with rhythmic breathing for a stimulating and intense body-mind workout.
