We run indoor cycling classes for all ages and abilities. Benefits include burning calories, strengthening muscles and improving cardio health – no matter what your level of fitness or cycling experience.
Taking place in our specific room with like-minded people, our Bike Fit classes will have music that fires you up and an instructor to motivate you and who knows how to get maximum effort from a class.
Each workout involves different rides and positions – including hill climbs, sprints and interval training – with no definable pattern to the exercises. Clients can set their own levels of intensity, yet still be part of a class environment.
Numbers are limited to four clients per class and sessions can be booked online in advance. The classes fall under our Studio pricing block: £12 per session, or £55 for a block of five, £100 for a block of ten, £140 for a block of 15 or £180 for a block of 20.
At the moment we offer three types of Bike Fit classes: Total Beginners, Beginners and Club Classics (suitable for all levels). Watch this space for more classes being added over time!
