What's new at The Fitness Function

We're really excited to have a few brand new classes coming onto our timetable this month:

BARRE FUSION with Candy - Wednesdays 9.15am-10.15am
This session combines traditional barre exercises with a standing workout to increase your strength, improve your flexibility and elevate your heart rate. Your upper body, buttocks, legs and core will be toned and you will leave feeling long, strong and lean!  No tutus are required!!

BIKE FIT TOTAL BEGINNERS with Suzanne - Tuesdays 7.00am-7.45am
This class is geared for those who have never sat on an indoor cycling bike before.  It will teach you the techniques of indoor cycling and give you the tools to progress to the next level at the right pace.

BIKE FIT BEGINNERS with Suzanne - Tuesdays 8.00pm-8.45pm
Suitable for complete beginners or those who are just getting into the swing of Bike Fit classes, this is a fabulous cardio and strength workout to music that will motivate you and get results!
