We currently have on offer 30 plus classes a week, live at Penn Street and virtually all our sessions are available to everyone whatever your age is and fitness ability.
If you can’t get to us in person or virtually then we have our On Demand studio – pre-recorded sessions available for you to use 24/7 anywhere in the world.
If group classes are just not your thing, then we offer a bespoke personal training service.

Fantastic machine-based Pilates class utilising the Total Gym which combines strength and Pilates exercises all in one. This fluid Gravity Pilates class moves through Pilates exercises into strength exercises seamlessly! If you don’t like traditional Matwork Pilates, then this is class for you.
AMRAP – as many reps as possible, means what it says! on each exercise you are working to as many repetitions of an exercise. This is great to increase metabolic rate, increase fitness and shape up!
