isabel-nash

Isabel Nash

Yoga Coach

I have been regularly practicing Yoga for a decade and I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Himalaya Yoga Valley last year. Coming from a dance background and having completed my training recently, my flows are creative and fresh with a big focus on the breath, while honouring the traditional training I experienced with the Himalaya Yoga Valley.

I specialise in an Ashtanga Vinyasa practice however you will also see aspects of Hatha and Bikram in my classes. I believe that Yoga is vital for both the mind and the body, therefore all of my classes begin and end with pranayama (breathing technique) and relaxation.

I am a bright and energetic teacher and I encourage all of my students to deepen their practice and build strength and power through their flows. Whether you want to take a gentle, meditative practice or a powerful sweaty flow.

I hope you’ll walk out of the studio with the Yoga glow! I can’t wait to see you on the mat.
